I have been the Director of Nursing Services at Syringa Chalet Nursing Facility at State Hospital South in Blackfoot, Idaho for 2 years. I have been a nurse with a focus on mental health for the past 14 years. I am currently serving in my first year as the DNS representative to the IHCA-ICAL Board of Directors. I am a Master Level instructor for the Crisis Prevention Institute specializing in training related to Nonviolent Crisis Intervention. I have been a master level instructor since 2009 and have been an instructor with the Crisis Prevention Institute since 2005.
