David M. Sedgwick joined Ensign in 2001 and has served as Vice President of Organizational Development since 2006. Prior to 2006, he served as an administrator at several of Ensign's skilled nursing facilities. Mr. Sedgwick’s current responsibilities include overseeing Ensign's Administrator-in-Training program, Ensign University (our training and professional growth program and a key element of our talent-driven management approach.) Mr. Sedgwick also oversees the New Markets and New Ventures programs, which enables proven leaders to expand Ensign in new sectors and industries.
