Finding a source for gluten-free foods is no longer the challenge and just purchasing the food is not where your responsibility ends. How staff handle the preparation and service is critical to your residents. The goal is to avoid cross-contamination with foods that contain gluten. Participate in a discussion with a wheat allergy trying to navigate a gluten-full world and can offer helpful suggestions.
