Membership dues (includes both IHCA-ICAL & AHCA|NCAL dues) in 2010 are as follows:
SNF cost is $56.75 per licensed bed
ALF cost is $20.00 per licensed bed
ICF/MR cost is $56.75 per licensed bed

The information below describes your facility dues value based on the accomplishments of both IHCA-ICAL & AHCA|NCAL to protect Medicare and Medicaid funding.  Please use the Membership dues costs listed above to calculate what your 2010 membership dues will be.

SNF Dues Value

• The cost of a SNF to be member of IHCA-ICAL in 2009 is approximately:

18.3¢ per patient per day

• The association helped to increase SNF Medicare rates effective 10/1/08 by approximately :

$10.62 per resident per day

• In 2009, by enacting provider assessment legislation the association to avoid a cut to SNF Medicaid rates by approximately:

$8.25 per resident per day

• An investment value of over 10,000% 

ALF Dues Value

• The cost of an ALF to be member of IHCA-ICAL in 2009 is approximately:

5.5¢ per resident per day

• When every other provider group was taking cuts, the association helped to obtain a small increase for ALFs and to avoid cuts of approximately:

$2.25 per resident per day

• An investment value of over 4,000% 

ICF Dues Value

• The cost of an ICF to be member of IHCA-ICAL in 2009 is approximately:

15.5¢ per resident per day

• When every other provider group was taking cuts, the association helped to avoid cuts of approximately:

$20 per resident per day

• An investment value of over 13,000% 

2010
