Director of Nursing Service Training
This training program has been revised and updated to meet the current federal and state regulations and to provide additional content that supports the competencies that nursing directors should know and be able to perform. Modular content will help experienced nursing directors in refining skills and certainly the novice director will learn in detail about the job. The more experienced directors of nursing are encouraged to share their knowledge and expertise with the less experienced directors of nursing and to serve as mentors to them while they are learning.
