Cancelations & No-Shows
Cancelations are subject to a $25.00 fee if made more than seven (7) business days prior to the event. There will be no refund or credit granted for "no-shows" and canceled registration within seven (7) business days of the event. Training dates are subject to change. Additional Dates may be added due to demand. Please note — IHCA-ICAL reserves the right to re-schedule any training that does not meet minimum registration requirements.

To enroll in this training, you must have already completed the IHCA-ICAL Assisted Living Administrator Course.

This 2-day training is intended for individuals who have already completed the IHCA-ICAL Assisted Living Administrator Course, but have either not passed the Headmasters exam or would like to have in-person guidance prior to taking the exam. Additional information is available by clicking the "more information and registration documents" link.  This training alone does not fulfill the requirements of an approved Certification Program for Residential Care Facility Administrators.  This course has been developed only as an additional tool for preparation to take the licensing exam.  For information about IHCA-ICAL's approved Certification Program, please click here.

Training begins at 8:00am and ends at 5:00pm each day.

• To become an AANAC member ($110/year) and take advantage of the reduced rate, sign up at www.aanac.org. You must provide an AANAC member number to receive the discounted rate; however, you do not have to be an AANAC member to complete the program.
