Northeast corner of the parking lot, marked "Free Parking". Shuttles from the Holt Arena to the Student Union are available approximately every 15 minutes from 8:00am-5:00pm.
NOTE: If you park anywhere else in the lot, you will be ticketed, unless you have an ISU pass in your window.

Our MDS 3.0 instructor is Lisa Hohlbein, RN, BS Education, RAC-CT, MSCN and Manager - Clinical Consulting Services has over 18 year of experience in the health care industry including acute care and skilled nursing settings. Her areas of expertise include clinical reimbursement, long-term care, and sub acute care assessment and operations, leadership and team building, and development of educational tools. Her experience also includes performing and overseeing various reimbursement reviews for Medicaid and PPS in multi-state, skilled nursing facilities. Lisa is a member of AANAC and is and RAC-CT. She also participates on the Ohio Health Care Association's MDS Task Force.
NOTE: If you choose NOT to pre-register, on-site registration will be available at the cost of $100/Person – this INCLUDES any additions to your facility’s registration form that we are not notified of prior to April 19. An On-site Registration fee will not be charged for “replacement” attendees.
